Note from EMAX Solutions’ founder:
I launched EMAX Solutions in 2014 with a mission to help pharma, device and digital health clients make better-informed pricing and access decisions in Asia Pacific and emerging markets.
So what’s different about EMAX Solutions?
Firstly, we specialise in Asia Pacific and emerging markets. So that means everyone who works on your project team is a specialist with years of experience in the specific markets that matter to you on that piece of work.
We can do so because we operate with a network of access specialists contracted to us across Asia Pacific and emerging markets (most of which are based in-country) to supplement our in-house team of consultants. This affords us the flexibility to cherry-pick the specific expertise and capabilities you require to deliver on your objectives.
Secondly, we believe in delivering access insights that are credible, meaningful and actionable. This requires speaking with the right stakeholders, which is why we personally manage a network of stakeholders from across the pharma and device value-chains in more than 25 markets in Asia Pacific and emerging markets.
This also requires us as the project team to conduct the stakeholder discussions ourselves. So it’s our country access experts who conduct the access interviews and it’s the same experts who then analyse the findings and develop the conclusions and recommendation. So no dilution in understanding between design of the research programme, its execution and, ultimately, the interpretation of its findings.
